I have high grade ACL tear along with meniscus tears. Dr Poonam and her crew with Dr Shivani are excellent at their work and helped me reduced swelling and pain and also guided me to strengthen the muscles around the knee. Since I am based out of America, they are further going to guide me through zoom calls and have provided me set of exercises to follow every week. I highly recommend quantum physical therapy to anyone wanting to recover from ACL and meniscus injuries without surgery.

Hi ! I visited Quantum physical therapy with high level stiffness in my knee after my knee cap dislocation on 6 Nov 21 . With the help of their qualified doctors, my range of motion improved so quickly . They are so dedicated to their work . I have lost confidence in myself that I will be able to even walk properly but they always motivated you to do better with their best exercises and great equipments.Doctors are so sweet and well behaved and the space is well maintained . If you want to visit any *good* physiotherapist in this area, this is the place . Go for it . They are the best .
