Rotator Cuff Injury
The four muscles (supraspinatus, infraspinatus, subscapularis, teres minor) surround the shoulder. The rotator cuff is commonly injured causing tear and tendinitis, many factors aid the condition as sports injuries fall on the shoulder or arm, and repeat lifting or movement. Symptoms include pain, tenderness, trouble reaching behind the back, weakness, and difficulty sleeping on the affected shoulder.
